Secretary Rice to Visit Libya

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice will visit Libya this week in what the State Department is calling a "historic visit."

Rice is expected to meet with Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. Reuters adds, "U.S. Secretary of State John Foster Dulles was the last top U.S. diplomat to visit Tripoli and made the trip in May 1953, before Rice was born."
