President Barack Obama addressed the American Israel Political Affairs Committee March 4, reaffirming U.S. backing for Israel, and attempting to reassure Israel that he is not "soft" on the notion of a nuclear Iran.
The AIPAC meeting this week, of course, is politicized. Three Republican presidential hopefuls will address the conference on Super Tuesday, and they will no doubt attack Obama on his record with Israel.
