Unlike Libya, Syria Is Complicated

Some Republicans have started calling for American air strikes on Syria to stop Bashar al-Assad's murderous crackdown on dissidents. But last week we heard everyone from U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice to President Barack Obama say how complicated such a venture would be.
