U.S. Alters Alliances In Syria

The U.S. has for some time been working with elements of the opposition in Syria to help coordinate their efforts against dictator Bashar al-Assad.

President Barack Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton (and even Mitt Romney in the final presidential debate) have warned about making sure exactly who we're dealing with in the Syrian National Council (SNC).

Now the U.S. is doing just that, as word comes that the SNC is expanding to include more opposition representatives. Read here.
