The exchange is already a classic -- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton heatedly taking on a senator grilling her one more time about why early reports of the September 11, 2012, Benghazi terrorist attack were wrong.
Clinton's "what difference does it make" retort will no doubt surface again in memes or Republican attack ads.
