Damaged Well in Djibouti - February, 2007
This damaged water well is near a natural desert oasis in Djibouti. The well is built and maintained by U.S. military personnel.

The personnel are part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) headquartered at Camp Lemonier in the tiny nation of Djibouti.
