Elementary School #2 near Tadjoura, Djibouti receives assistance from the U.S. Agency for International Development and from personnel at the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) headquartered at Camp Lemonier.
These bags of food, donated by the United States, are in a school storeroom.
