"Downtown" Camp Lemonier - February, 2007
The U.S. military's Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) is headquartered at Camp Lemonier in the tiny nation of Djibouti.
This is the central area of camp, often referred to as "downtown." It includes a couple of shops, a coffee house, and access to an impressive gym and fitness center.
