The window was installed at the United Nations in 1964 in honor of Secretary-General Dag Hammarskjold. Right is Shashi Tharoor, Under Secretary-General for Communications and Public Information. The ceremony was part of the events held today to mark the 60th anniversary of the United Nations. The restoration project was carried out on the initiative of Maecenas World Patrimony Foundation (MWPF) which is chaired by Dr. Vlladimir Petrovsky.
