This damaged water well, built and maintained by U.S. military personnel, in inspected by a member of a North Carolina National Guard unit.
The personnel are part of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) headquartered at Camp Lemonier in the tiny nation of Djibouti.
